Coachlight Village Condominiums
The Coachlight Village Condominiums consist of eight brick and sided buildings of four units each. Each two-story unit has two bedrooms, a full basement, a one-car garage and its own spacious patio. Attractively landscaped common areas separate each unit.
The Coachlight Village Condominiums are located near the intersection of Greenfield Ave and
S Moorland Road, just ten minutes from I-43 and two minutes from I-94 and the Brookfield Shopping Mall. The Coachlight Condos border Buena Park.
Welcome to our oasis
Even though we are within minutes of shopping and interstate highway access, the sound of traffic and construction activities do not intrude on the country-like atmosphere.
Buena Park provides picnic shelters, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, an equipped playground and fields for summer little league games and soccer practice. There is ample space to fly kites or just bask in the sun.
The Park’s expanse also provides habitat for wildlife. An alert observer may see deer, turkey, owls and hawks as well as frogs, turtles, ducks, herons and muskrats that ply the creek at the east end of the park.
Buena Park provides access to the New Berlin Recreation Trail. This asphalt trail runs straight on an east–west compass bearing for 7 miles through the western Milwaukee suburbs, from New Berlin to Waukesha. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, and biking. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be leashed.
